Collect data from the field
Data is the cornerstone of performance improvement; it must be collected in real time and in an objective manner. The Astn’go OEE software is based on two sources :
The equipment
Each machine or line is equipped with an Astn’go IIoT to measure uptime and downtime, and also count production quantities.
The operators
have a tablet or an industrial touch terminal to launch POs, qualify stoppages, declare rejects, to declare oneself.
Analyze
In real time, each Astn’go user shares the same data, the same indicators, only the presentations can be different. The operators have dashboards whose information is selected by the manager and the other users can create one or more dashboards specific to their activities. They can disseminate them in the workshop and share them with other colleagues.
- The operator on his/her terminal has all the information concerning the PO, his/her progress, and the OEE of the equipment. He/she is alerted in case of problem.
- The production manager, to analyze the performance and monitor the activity of the workshop, has all the tools for multi-criteria, multi-axis and multi-equipment display : monitoring of status times according to the AFNOR NF E 60-182 standard, OEE, Pareto and evolution curves, monitoring of cadence, cycle time, speed, quantities, history of operations, status, labor time tracking.
- The quality department has all the data it needs to analyze losses due to quality, particularly via Pareto.
- Maintenance, with dedicated indicators (MTBR, MTTF, Pareto of stoppages, history of statuses) to better understand the origin of breakdowns.
- Scheduling has an accurate real-time view of work in progress and contingencies.
Disseminate
