Astn’go has the functions you need to manage quality controls, secure production start-ups and guarantee product traceability and safety.

It’s quick and easy to set up: just define the lists of checkpoints and set the frequency. The operator is then guided through the process, and the manager is notified if a problem occurs, so that he has all the information he needs to carry out his analysis and check conformity during the manufacturing process.

OK start

For a given event (laucnh of operation/WO) and/or at a given frequency, the operator can be asked to check a list of points (tick boxes).

Each checklist is made up configurable verification points (wording, sequencing).

Depending on the configuration and the resultat of the operator input, Astn’go can block production and/or the launch of the WO, and change the state of the machine.
