Features
Astn’go is OEE software for the improvement and management of industrial performance. It allows you to meet the needs of monitoring and analysis in real time (monitoring of objectives and performance indicators: OEE, Quality rate, Performance rate, Availability rate, etc.,) of machines, lines, workshops and production units. It is the support tool for continuous improvement approaches of production managers such as TPM, SMED, SIM, Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, etc.
Production monitoring – OEE
Astn’go allows you to monitor the various factors influencing the OEE (time and quantity) thanks to real-time data collection, automatically from the machines and/or manually from the operators. Improving productivity starts with reliable and objective measurement.
Collect
Each machine to be tracked is equipped with an Astn’go IIoT to measure times and count quantities. The operator completes their data with simple declarations on the touch screen (cause of stoppage, rejection, PO).
Analyze
In real time, Astn’go provides the operators with all the indicators that allow them to position themselves on their production. The manager creates his/her own Astn’go dashboards to analyze the performance and monitor the activity of the workshop.
Disseminate
Improving productivity through visual management, Astn’go allows you to create dashboards to disseminate live indicators in the workshop on a large screen, and to present SIM meetings.
Digitalization
Linked to your ERP, Astn’go disseminates the POs and their operations to the foot of the machine or the edge of the line. Thus, much less paper is circulated in the workshop. Information is accurate and available in real time, work in progress monitoring is instantaneous and production reports are effortlessly accessible.

Imported from your ERP software or from a simple Excel file, the POs are accessible in Astn’go. All collected data and indicators will be assigned to production order operations.
Workstation instructions
Astn’go provides the operator with contextual documentation of the work in progress, which significantly limits errors in execution.
