Management of POs
POs and their operations are either created in Astn’go or imported from the ERP. In order to adapt to the context of each user, it is possible to associate specific properties to the operations constituting the work order. In the case of an import from an Excel file, Astn’go matches these properties with those of the ERP. Thus, the interface is ultra simplified and understandable by all.
Monitoring of POs
Created or imported, POs are accessible in Astn’go without unnecessary re-entry. Thus, the operator at the post knows the work to be done for the team or the day, and can organize themselves. With a simple click, they launch an operation or a PO on a piece of equipment, all the information from the work order or PO form is immediately available on their screen. From there, all the data collected and all the indicators will be assigned to the PO launched.
The manager has an objective and real time view of the work in progress. In addition, Astn’go provides all the data for a detailed analysis at the PO and the operation but also at the reference.
Workstation instructions
As soon as an operation or a PO is launched, Astn’go provides the operator with all the instructions needed to complete production on their terminal. This concerns :
- Numerical guidelines : nominal rate or theoretical cycle time, quantity to be produced, OEE objective.
- Free guidelines linked to the operation in progress (customer, material, product properties, etc.) or to the equipment.
- The work order of the PO in progress with all the properties of the operation concerned.
- Contextual documentation for the work in progress with the extension Workstation Instructions.
All these contextual instructions significantly limit errors in execution.
Workstation log
Whether it’s for a change of guidelines, a statement of information, an alert, etc., Astn’go’s intelligent workstation log is a valuable tool for better production management.
Operators can leave a log of an action, or a message to their colleagues on the next team.
Managers, quality, and maintenance can send real-time guidelines, and programmed instructions. They can track events.
