What happens after the free evaluation period?

Whatever your choice of subscription, you can, if you wish, benefit from the free 30-day trial guarantee without commitment on a machine. This 30-day period starts 7 days after the date of validation of your payment method (via a 0€ transaction).

At the end of this free period, you have two choices:

You have appreciated our solution and wish to continue

You don’t have to do anything, the subscription you have subscribed to will start. If the latter concerns several machines, you will receive the additional IIoTs within 7 days.

Example :

  • June 5: I subscribe for 5 machines and choose the free trial period. My payment method is validated via a 0€ transaction. I can immediately use Astn’go to set up an equipment while waiting for my IIoT, which will be shipped the next business day at the latest.
  • June 13: the free trial period begins
  • July 12: the free trial period ends, my subscription starts. The 4 additional IIoTs are shipped. Astn’go is now available for configuration and use for 5 machines.

You do not wish to continue using Astn’go

You must :

1 Cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period

2 Within 10 days, you must send the used IIoT in good condition with the return slip (downloadable in my customer area), to the following address :

Be careful, 15 days after the end of the period, a fixed amount of 300€ will be debited in one of the following cases :

1 The IIoT did not reached us (or we were not able to identify it e.g. return slip missing).

2 IIoT is damaged or non-functional.

Example:

  • July 11: the trial period ends.
  • July 21: deadline for returning the IIoT with the return form
  • July 26: deadline for receipt of the IIoT by our services
