Accessible from https://my.astngo.com/ My Astn’go is a unique platform for accessing Astn’go services as a subscriber.

This platform is composed of 4 spaces:

  • My Astn’go Shop : your customer area
  • My Astn’go Academy : your help center
  • My Astn’go Manager : your MES configuration and operation space
  • My Astn’go Production : your dedicated operator space for the plant

Here are the details of these 4 spaces :

1. My Astn’go Shop : your customer area

This space is accessible once you have validated your My Astn’go account.

Reserved for the Administrators of your organization, it allows to :

  • Have an overview of your subscription and administer it.
  • Check the renewal date of your subscription.
  • Order terminals.
  • Change your payment method.
  • Consult your orders and invoices.

2. My Astn’go Academy : your help center

This space is accessible as soon as you have an active Astn’go subscription.

It allows all Astn’go users to :

  • Consult the FAQ.
  • Use all the tutorials for set-up, operation and optimization. These tutorials propose you diagrams and videos to use Astn’go and gain in productivity.
  • Ask our experts questions to learn more.

3. My Astn’go Manager : your MES configuration and operation space

This space is accessible as soon as you have an active Astn’go subscription.

Reserved for the Administrators and Managers of your organization, My Astn’go Manager is the heart of the management and operation of your Astn’go MES solution. It allows you to :

  • Set up and configure your Astn’go solution (equipment, behavior, workflows, etc.)
  • Import from your ERP your data (operations, references, WO …)
  • Manage your production data
  • Communicate with operators (SIM, instructions, display)
  • Follow your production (quantities, scrap, equipment status, operations, …)
  • Create dashboards composed of widgets allowing the supervision of your productions and the analysis of your favorite indicators.

It allows administrators to manage users and licenses in their organization.

4. My Astn’go Production: your dedicated operator space for the plant

This space is accessible as soon as you have an active Astn’go subscription.

This is the “field” space at the foot of the Astn’go MES solution. It is dedicated to an equipment or a machine. It has been designed for simple and intuitive use on a touch terminal. It allows all users to :

  • Visualize in real time the cockpit of the equipment concerned via indicators, graphs, alerts, etc.
  • Declare actions: production launch, downtime qualification, scrap declaration, …
  • Visualize key data: production file, documentation, …
