How to return the material ?

When you end your subscription, you have a period of 10 days to return the used IIoTs in good condition with the return slip (downloadable in your customer area). You must return the equipment by mail in a parcel.

Be careful, 15 days after the end of the period mentioned on your return slip, a fixed amount of 300€ will be debited in one of the following cases :

1 The IIoT did not reached us (or we were not able to identify it e.g. the return slip is missing).

2 IIoT is delivered damaged or non-functional.

Example:

  • July 11: the free trial period ends.
  • July 21: deadline for returning the IIoT with the return slip
  • July 26: deadline for receipt of the IIoT by our services
