Start of my subscription: why 7 days ?
Whether it is for the free trial period or for the paid subscription, we have decided to leave a delay of 7 days before “running” the counter. However, you can use Astn’go whitout waiting the end of these 7 days. This means that in any case we offer you the first 7 days!
In fact, this period of 7 full days allows us to guarantee you have time to receive your IIoT and thus to be able to fully benefit from Astn’go during the trial periode or during your subscription.
When does the 7-day period start ?
The 7-day period begins on the date of validation of your payment method. The validation of the payment method is mandatory to subscribe to Astn’go, including for a free trial. In the latter case, a transaction of 0 € is established with your banking organization.
If you pay by:
- Credit card : Usually the validation is immediate, therefore the validation date is the date of your order.
- Direct debit (SEPA) : The validation period can be 3 to 7 business days. In this case, you will receive several emails:
- an order confirmation email, on the day of your order
- a confirmation email of payment validation with the corresponding invoice (0 € in case of free trial). This email is sent on the day we receive authorization from your banking organization. It is from this date that starts your period of 7 days before your subscription period or free trial.
