How much Astn’go costs?
No matter your choice of subscription, you have the possibility to benefit from the 30-day free trial guarantee without commitment on one machine. This 30-day period starts 5 days after the shipment date of the IIoT in metropolitan France (10 days abroad). After this period, our offer becomes paying, depending on the subscription you have subscribed to:

When you subscribe to an Astn’go subscription, we provide you with the following items:

– Personalized service and online support for independent implementation and operation
What are the other costs associated with Astn’go?
You must also have certain essential equipment for Astn’go to function properly. Some of them are not included in our subscription packages. Here are the main ones:
– Internet access from the workshop (wired or Wi-Fi network)
– The terminals (industrial terminal, PC, tablet, depending on your choice) for operators, we offer in our store
– Eventually a sensor to instrument the machine
– Eventually a TV screen to animate your meetings

How do I choose my terminals?
Astn’go can be used on any type of hardware: PC, tablet, workshop terminal, etc. The only requirement, which is not really a constraint, is that it should be equipped with a web browser.

In a workshop, we recommend using a screen size of 10 inches or larger for better comfort. Depending on your industrial constraints, you can choose a terminal based on its IP protection rating.

Which payment methods does Astn’go accept?
– For annual subscriptions, you can pay either by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer upon receipt of the invoice.
– For monthly subscriptions, only Credit Card payment is accepted.
– For a free trial, regardless of your subscription, a €0 bank verification is mandatory, and this can be done only by Credit Card.
