Subscription

1. Free trial version :

When you take out your subscription, whether Standard or Premium, you have the option of benefiting from the 30-day free trial guarantee  without commitment on one equipment. This 30-day period begins 7 days after the date of shipment of the IIoT in France (10 days abroad). After this period, our offer becomes paying, depending on the subscription to which you have subscribed to and the rest of your IIoTs are shipped to you (except in case of resignation during the trial period).  

2. The different types of subscriptions :

Astn’go offers 3 types of subscriptions, each of which can be monthly without commitment or annual with commitment:

The Standard offer  :

• Without commitment, at 119 € per month and per equipment.
• With an annual commitment, 109€ per month and per equipment.

The Premium offer  :

• Without commitment, at 139 € per month and per equipment.
• With an annual commitment, 129€ per month per equipment.

The Enterprise offer

• For any installation of more than 10 equipment, please contact us directly.

3. Astn’go features

Astn’go will give you access to many features such as :

• Accurate monitoring of your OEE.
• A dematerialization of your Work Order.
• Advanced analysis of your data.
• A SMED site.
• The implementation of a shift book.
• 1 IIoT per equipment.

4. Associated services

Regardless of your Astn’go subscription, you have access to the same software functionalities. What varies is the desired level of service :

– With a Standard subscription, you receive support during the implementation phase, and your contact remains available online.
– With a Premium subscription, you receive ongoing support, and you can also reach your contact by phone.
– With a Company subscription, you receive customized support.

5. Extensions

1. The Data Analysis and Dissemination extension.
   • Without commitment, at 20 € per month and per equipment.
   • With an annual commitment, 16€ per month and per equipment.
   • Note : This extension applies to all equipment in your subscription.
     
     Not taking this extension will limit you to a default dashboard that can contain a maximum of 20 widgets.
2. The Shift Instructions extension. Offering the possibility to bring detailed documentation by equipment.
   • Without commitment, at 10 € per month and per equipment.
   • With an annual commitment, 7€ per month and per equipment.
   • Note : This extension applies to the equipment you want.

6. How a subscription works

1. Free trial period :
   You don’t have to do anything, once your free trial period ends, the subscription you have subscribed to starts. In case the latter concerns several equipment then you will receive within 7 days the additional IIoTs!
2. Without trial period :
   Once your order is placed, we take care of everything! Your IIoTs will be sent to you and your subscription will start 7 days after they are sent!

As soon as you take your subscription, you will be able to access your Astn’go Manager interface as well as Astn’go Academy. Giving access to all our internal tutorials and FAQs. Including our article “First steps on Asnt’go’” allowing you to configure your Astn’go profile and be ready for the reception of your IIoTs.

7. Termination

You can cancel your Astn’go subscription on your Astn’go account, from the “My subscriptions” section. A cancellation button allows you to end your subscription in two clicks.
Once done, a Return Order will be sent to you to send us your modules.

Once the end date of your subscription is reached, your settings and data will be kept for 30 days before being deleted. If you re-subscribe during this time, you will find your Astn’go profile as you left it!
